Sid Vicious was a hand picked loser by Malcolm McClaren to sell albums, because he looked the part. MM. was a businessman way ahead of his time. Punk started with Iggy and later the Ramones. But, it was capitalized on in an LA and Orange County market, with more of an edge. The So Cal scene in the early eighties will never be duplicated.

Steve Jones laid down all the guitar tracks on Nevermind. Sad that a useless dope that was hand picked for his look gets any credit. If you ask me, Sid Vicious was a Facebook fallacy 20 years before it even existed.

On a different note, I feel a lot more secure now, knowing that our president has met with Lady Gaga. I haven't felt that warm and fuzzy since Ronald Reagan met with Boy George.

Remember Big Bambu? It had the big zig zag paper when you opened it up. I still have the album to this day, but my brother rolled Columbian Gold in the zig zag for kicks.
