Again, I say if ULB can be pulled off (dropping the "state" altogether let's go for it.

If not the second alternative would obviously be LBSU.

I feel the benefits of being called ULB clearly put it at the best choice for the name change and something I believe the city will genuinely rally behind as their own school, instead of the states, creating a unification of support that more local residents and businneses would get behind.
