Here's a theory why Phelps and not Robinson is playing center, that being, Monson doesn't want to risk Robinson getting into foul trouble guarding the other team's biggest Big because he's got bodies to replace Phelps but no one with Robinson's skills and heart.

Phelps is about 10 LBS heavier than TJ. Probably why he is at Center. One time on camera it almost looked like LA was draging his foot. It has to slow him down and hurt his lateral movement.

I definately agree that both teams worked hard. It is a shame that this league gets stuck with crummy refs, and that for whatever reason BWC refs homer for us less than they do for a lot of other league teams.

The level of focus and work has definately climbed for these past 7 games, looks like the taking away of unis and the locker room after the Cal Poly home game got its' message across.

One question though, can a foot injury like Anderson's throw him off enough to make him miss more layups than he should, or is that simply a mental thing now?

One thing though for next season, Phelps HAS to move back to power forward. I still don't understand why he's playing center when Robinson is the more traditional center from an offense standpoint at least (being crafty).

Phelps plays very well against Centers that are not over 6 9. But when he goes against 7 footers he gets into foul trouble. And then he pouts. Anderson is limping badly on the court. That has to be effecting his game.

I thought all of the Players played hard last night with the possible exception of one.
