Not being able to watch the game from work (damn blocked ports or something) I game tracked the first half. Yeah, seemed like we went toe to toe with them in the first half and held our own. The second half, they seemed to shut down Larry Anderson and then the team shutdown. He definitely is the team MVP/leader/catalyst. Our guard play....where the hell is it. 6-27 combined from Ware, Plater, Gilling?? Man, that's terrible but its still early and I think they'll come around. They can't shoot like that for the rest of the year. Nice to see Phelps step up and grab a whopping 18 rebounds. Now that's what I'm talking about. Anyways, disappointing second half but hey we're only 3 games into the season. Hopefully Ware and Gilling can step up. For anyone who watched the game was our guards overmatched, intimidated?? I'd love to hear some input from someone who watched the game..........
