Send out a simple postcard to all new and renewing students, with a box to check if you would like to have a better college experience by paying some more, or a checkbox if you'd like an immediate transfer to Humboldt State, San Marcos, Channel Islands, Dominguez Hills, LA State, or back to JUCO. No transfers to Foolerton though, they won't accept overqualified idiots, only below-normal idiots.
