Island is a solid 3. He knows how to slash to the hoop, and can spot up outside. He's athletic enough and has enough arm length to control guys a couple inches taller, and he already seems to have a good feel for the game.
Laz, if he hit the weight room, I see him as a tweener 3 or 4 which would be great for this team, he could get plenty of minutes spotting up both sides. He rebounds very well and also has nifty offensive moves, and seems like he really gets the nuances of the game. Needs some defensive work although I noticed it got better as he got more minutes.
