We would rule this Conference. This is that elusive power forward type we have been waiting for. Could you imagine a line up of....
1. Caffey (freshman)
2. Hunter (freshman
3. Thomas (freshman)
4. Stevens (freshman)
5. Shepherd (soph)
Shepherd seems to be the outgoing/ leader type so having him with one year under his belt would be ideal. JT would also be a year older and wiser to the system. It has to be enticing for Stevens to know that his familiar (Hunter, Caffey) and skilled teammates will be locked in with him for a looong time. His parents/relatives/friends would be a short drive to see him play (Gardena) This class would be the most highly rated since the Tarkanian days and definitely the closest (age wise) and most rounded to Monson's Gonzaga team that made their tremendous run.
Get on your Twitter account Shepherd. If he hasn't visited yet, give him a grandiose tour of the new rec center. Do what you have to do to secure this kid. This whole team could run the floor like deer for 40 minutes (and be on a highlight reel loop) On top of all that, they would be the most physical as well.
