It goes to show you that you can live in the limelight scheduling scrubs even though you are in re building mode if you finished strong the year before. That my friend is national exposure.

Honestly they deserve it. They are 15-2 and have quality wins on their resume. With the recent win over UNLV it's no surprise. Good to see them doing so well as they will be a major factor in the Big West. Kind of scary though because they are supposed in the rebuilding year.. wonder what that means when they consider themselves in a contention year.

I don't see it. They haven't beaten anybody impressive (and on that day most of our team weren't) and schedule some teams LR would have avoided. But, they have finally reached that magic club now two years in a row and this formula seems to be working. Yeah, very scary during a rebuilding year. 01/18/12 5:57 PM |

FYI we just beat UNM at the pit in NM, they were favored by 10. This team has shocked me, I really thought we would have 6 or 7 losses at this point, instead we are sitting at 16-2.

SDSU09 wrote: The UNM win was good last night and I may be able to see a sniff top 25 after that. But to enter the top 25 after playing consecutive... USD, UCR, Elon, Redlands, San Diego Christian and Chi St. (all at home) then beating a UNLV team at home too that UCSB should have beaten, was premature. But, this seems to be Fisher's blueprint the last two years and it's working out great. I am looking forward to the day that LB and SD become the big 2 in the BW. It is going to be nice talking sports with non arrogant state schooler's who respect each other. 01/19/12 2:59 PM |
